发明名称 METHOD FOR CHARGING CHARGING MATERIALS INTO BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for charging materials into a blast furnace is provided which not only improves air-permeability of a wall part of the blast furnace but also solves inactivation of the wall part and deterioration of the inner air-permeability even when fuel and raw materials of deteriorated quality are charged into the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: In a method for charging charging materials into a blast furnace for preventing an adhesion material from being formed on the wall part of the blast furnace during blast furnace operation in which hot metal is produced by sequentially charging coke, large sized sinter and small sized sinter into the blast furnace according the number of revolutions of a rotation chute per each notches inside a blast furnace, the method for charging the charging materials into the blast furnace comprises the steps of preparing a mixed ore of a certain amount of middle bulk coke and small sized sinter; and charging the mixed ore into the wall part of the blast furnace, wherein the number of revolutions of the rotation chute per each notches of the mixed ore is reduced compared with the number of revolutions of the rotation chute per each notches of the small sized sinter, and the number of notch cycles is increased compared with the number of notch cycles of the small sized sinter.
