METHOD FOR TREATING SURFACE OF VULCANIZED BLADDER FOR TIRE

PURPOSE: A method for treating surface of a vulcanized bladder for a tire is provided to effectively improve adhesive force with ingredients of silicone rubber by changing the surface of the bladder through ultraviolet ray treatment using short wave length infrared light source. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating surface of a vulcanized bladder for a tire includes the steps of irradiating short wave length infrared ray lamp onto a surface of the vulcanized bladder and treating the bladder surface with ultraviolet ray energy when silicone rubber is coated. The short wave length infrared ray lamp is a lamp of 110W or 220W. When the short wave length infrared ray is irradiated, wave length of ultraviolet ray is 184.9 to 365nm.
