PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing direct printing plate is provided to reduce printer manufacturing cost by improving compatibility of materials for manufacturing printer, while achieving a superior resolution. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step(10) of defining a copy including an image, character and picture; a second step(12) of converting gradation of picture into half-tone dots, and setting imposition value for pages in consideration of spacings between pages and grounding sequence for post-process after completion of printing; a third step(14) of expressing images onto a plate through a lipophilic lacquer by using ink jet nozzles; and a fourth step(16) of exposing and drying the expressed part so as to obtain improved printing resistance.
