PURPOSE: A static electricity measuring apparatus is provided, which improves the accuracy of a product by removing an error as to a voltage variation while measuring a static electricity using a rating power supply voltage of ±5V. CONSTITUTION: A switching part(20) is connected to an output port of a battery(10) and determines whether to supply a driving voltage to the whole system. Static electricity sensor part(30) measures the intensity of a static electricity and then integrates and amplifies the measured static electricity. A real value output part(40) converts the measured static electricity into a real value. A converter part(50) compares the real value with a reference voltage, and a reference voltage providing part(60) provides the reference voltage to the converter part. An oscillator circuit part(70) provides a specific oscillation frequency to the converter part. A display part(80) displays the intensity of the static electricity according to a signal from the converter part. And a voltage comparison circuit part(90) judges a low voltage state by comparing a voltage of the battery with the reference voltage, and then outputs a signal for the comparison result to be displayed on the display part.
