<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic inventory reserving method for improving the efficiency of cargo arrangement work by automating inventory reserving operation for delivery orders corresponding to the quality specification for every customer. SOLUTION: An automatic inventory reserving program picks one delivery order out of a delivery order file 9 (S10), operates automatic inventory reservation without specifying detailed items if a reservation possible quantity for the conditions of the delivery order is more than the quantity of the delivery order (S14), registers quantity information as a reservation result (S20) if automatic inventory reservation is in success (S16), processes the delivery order in accordance with various master files (S30), grants range information for the detailed items showing a detailed item group corresponding to reserved items with reference to an adaptable pallet file 13 (S32), and makes a delivery directive file 15 (S34). Products to be delivered are arranged by selecting any product inventory from the detailed item group directed by a delivery directive.</p> |
