<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide semiconductor laser processing equipment with high power which highly condenses an LD light beam to couple fibers. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser processing equipment is composed of an LD array stack 1 which stacks tabular LD units 2a having an LD array 2 provided with LD elements in the shape of a bar in the direction of a slow axis, a collimating means 4 which linearly collimates laser beams emitted from each LD array 2, a condensing means 5 to condense collimated laser beams, and a plurality of optical fibers. An end surface in which the condensed laser beams are made incident disposes the optical fiber linearly. An emission end surface is provided with bandled fibers 6 which disposed the optical fibers in a round shape, and an emission lens barrel 8 connected to the emission end surface of the bandled fibers 6.</p> |
