<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating pipe conduit capable of expecting superior heat insulating performance without producing the dust troublesome for a clean room, and increasing the internal pressure when the pipe conduit is applied for the fluid of high temperature. SOLUTION: This heat insulating pipe conduit is manufactured by forming a heat medium passage 14 on an outer periphery of a fluid pipe conduit 11, and covering an outer periphery of the heat medium passage 14 with a heat insulating material. The heat insulating material is formed by a vacuum heat insulating body 20, and an outer wall of the heat medium passage 14 and an inner wall of the vacuum heat insulating body 20 are made of the same material 15.</p> |
