PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply control the rotation of a rotating needle. SOLUTION: A rotating needle control means is provided with a rod holder 25 provided on the front frame 3b of a lift frame 3, a rod 24 loosely coupled with the rod holder 25, a stopper 33 journalled to the front frame 3b at its base end section and having a free hook hole 23 loosely coupled with the rod 24, and a rod stop 26 provided on the rear frame 3a of the lift frame 3 and arranged below the rod holder 25.
