<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water permeable base material utilizing reclaimed aggregates capable of offering equal or slightly improved strength of subgrade compared to the base using the conventional water permeable base material, and also capable of enhancing the water permeability of the base and of producing economically good base by using reclaimed materials or by-products regenerated from wastes. SOLUTION: Reclaimed aggregates of more than 50 mass% and less than 70 mass% with the grain size of 5 to 30 mm, granulated slag exceeding 23 mass% and less than 47 mass%, an additive of 3 to 7 mass% consisting of a reinforcing agent increasing the early strength and an alkaline stimulator increasing the strength after hardening are mixed together and good water permeability can be obtained.</p> |
