PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise efficiency and the like of a solar cell and an inverter device and collect heat from the solar heat, when the inverter device is connected to a solar cell module for outputting an alternate current. SOLUTION: An photothermal hybrid module is made by laminating the solar cell module 12 and a heat collecting module 13 in the order starting from front face side and integrating them. The inverter device 40 for converting a direct current outputted from the solar cell module 12 into the alternate current is attached to the rear face side of the photothermal hybrid module 10. |
