PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device in which a conductive state between an outer member and an inner member is maintained well for a long period of time and which is hardly charged. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 21 is provided with an outer ring 22; an inner ring 23; a plurality of balls 24 rollably arranged between the both rings 22, 23; seals 26, 26 mounted to the outer ring 22 and slide-contacted with the inner ring 23; and a conductive grease 27 disposed at an inner side of the seals 26, 26 between both rings 22, 23. The seal 26 has conductivity and a conductive lubricant having a volume resistivity of 1×107Ω.cm or less is coated on a part of the seat 26 slide-contacted with the inner ring 23 and a part of the inner ring 23 slide-contacted with the seal 26.
