PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based floor covering material provided with flexibility and fluidity, having sufficient mechanical strength, excellent designing characteristics and processability. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based floor covering material comprises at least one layer of a layer containing a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing (a) anα-olefin with (b) a cyclic olefin and/or (c) an aromatic vinyl compound and has -30 to 40 deg.C glass transition temperature, >=20% elastic recovery, <=500 MPa storage modulus E' at 25 deg.C and >=0.2 tanδat 25 deg.C.
