PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box for storing for a long time with no loss or damage a naval string, milk teeth, a maternity health record book and the like collectively. SOLUTION: This box for keeping personal history remembrance comprises a paulownia wood case 1 made big enough to store in its bottom part a maternity health record book, a paulownia wood inside box 3 which is fitted in the inside of the case 1 and which is formed with a storage recess 3A in the center for storing a navel string and with recesses 3B/3C around the recess 3A for storing fallen upper and lower milk teeth in their dentition, a memory sheet 5 fitted able to be freely mounted and dismounted on the top face of the box 3, and a paulownia wood cover 2 fitted to the case 1 covering the box 3 and the sheet 5.
