PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geothermal steam turbine device capable of restraining sticking of foreign matter such as a scale to a main steam flow passage even at partial load time. SOLUTION: This geothermal steam turbine device 1 uses a water filling quantity command device 2 for transmitting a command signal 2a set so that a value of the water filling quantity ratio increases by 2% at rated load time, and more than 2% according to reduction in a load quantity (a main steam quantity being a supply quantity of main steam 91) of a steam turbine 8 at partial load time as a water filling quantity command device. A control valve 71 adjusts a supply quantity (a water filling quantity) of wash water 92 supplied by a water filling device 7 so as to correspond to the command signal 2a by receiving the command signal 2a. The water filling quantity of the wash water 92 at partial load time is increased more than a conventional quantity in the geothermal steam turbine device 1, and since the wash water 92 of this increase quantity is used for eliminating dryness of the main steam 91, the main steam flowing passage can be cleaned by the wash water 92 even at partial load time.
