PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in strength of a building metallic plate as much as possible and to improve the workability of the same when holes for preventing cold bridge are formed in the building metallic plate which is to serve as a crosspiece or the like for supporting a heat insulating material. SOLUTION: The crosspiece 22 for supporting the heat insulating material is formed of a fixed portion 22A to be fixed to backing of a building, a retaining portion 22B for retaining the heat insulating material, and a metallic web 22C sequentially connecting the former and the latter together, and the web 22C has a number of aligned holes perforated therein. According to the crosspiece 22 thus formed, each hole 30 in the web 22C is formed by raising a side portion of a cut line perforated in the web.
