PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fold a side of an opening of a bag body without reducing the amount of contents filled into the bag body relative to the size of the bag body, and to improve the bonding strength of the upper edge of a lateral gusset. SOLUTION: In the bag body with a fastener made of a synthetic resin, a lateral gusset 4 which is folded into between the opposed sides 5 of a front and rear body films 1a, 1b, in a V-shaped form is fixed to the inner side surface of one of the films 1a, 1b, in such a manner that the upper edge 4b of the gusset 4 is located below a fastener 3 and bonded to the inner side surface of the film by means of a seal tape 8. A spaced part B1 is formed between a fastener tooth bonding part 9 on one of the opposite ends of the fastener 3 and a bonding part of one of the opposite ends of the tape 8, both the parts being properly spaced apart, thereby allowing the opening 2 of the bag body to be easily folded. By forming the spaced part B1, the length and thickness of the tape 8 can be adjusted.
