PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of the feed system of a motor-assisted bicycle to reduce the man-hours of assembling and the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A support member 24 for attachably and detachably supporting the lower part of a battery case is fixed to a body frame. A receptacle 57 one end of which makes contact with and separates from a battery case-side discharge terminal is provided on the support member 24, and a motor controlling controller 47 is mounted on the support member 24. The other end of the receptacle 57 is extended to the controller 47 and connected to a board 47a.
