PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper mounting structure allowing post-attachment of a bumper and also the bumper to be mounted on a car body in the condition that the bumper position in the directions longitudinal, lateral, and vertical is restricted while the constitution remains simple. SOLUTION: A bumper supporting part 50 is installed on the car body, while a bumper mounting part 32 is formed on the bumper 30. Between the bumper supporting part 50 and bumper mounting part 32, three means are provided, i.e., a lateral restricting means to make engagement about the lateral direction of the car body to be actuated when the bumper mounting part 32 is pushed into the bumper supporting part 50 from ahead of the car body, an vertical restricting means to make engagement about the vertical direction of the car body, and a longitudinal restricting means to make engagement about the longitudinal direction of the car body through utilization of the elastic deformation.
