PURPOSE: A hydraulic forklift is provided to improve the startability by adopting two pumps and two motors, to reduce the radius of swiveling, and to use a hydraulic brake as a common brake. CONSTITUTION: Front wheels(3A,3B) are connected to hydraulic motors(21A,21B). Hydraulic pumps(26A,26B) driven by an engine(25) are installed. The hydraulic pumps are connected to the hydraulic motors, respectively. Speed is controlled by changing the oil flow direction of the hydraulic pumps, changing the rotational direction of the hydraulic motors, controlling the rpm of the engine and the oil flow rate of the hydraulic pumps, and changing the rpm of the hydraulic motors. The swiveling is controlled by controlling the rpm or rotational direction of front wheels(3A,3B) based on the steering angle of a steering wheel or rear wheels. |
