PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored master pellet for an optical molded article, which is excellent in a design feature, makes it possible to instantaneously judge its kinds, uses, or the like, scarcely causes fading, irregularity in color, colored streaks, and the like, when used for molding an optical disc base plate, and gives high long-term reliability, and an optical disc base plate. SOLUTION: The colored master pellet consists of a thermoplastic resin (A) and a coloring agent (B), and it contains foreign matters having a particle diameter of 200 μm or larger in an amount of at most one piece for 1 kg of the resin. |
