PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minus ion generating method for separating minus ions from water by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the method for generating the minus ions, the ions are dissociated in the water, minus ion water is separated in water drops from the water through fine pores and the water drops are vaporized to generate the minus ions.
