PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure which can be simply opened by an adult but cannot be simply opened by a child. SOLUTION: A lower lid 3 to be fixed to a mouth 2 of a container 1 is equipped with an upper lid 5 to be mounted so that it can be opened/closed via a hinge 4. An elastic piece 36 which elastically swings in the direction of the mouth 2 by pressing is provided on a peripheral surface of the lower lid 3 at a position opposite to the hinge 4. The elastic piece 36 includes a lock 37 which is engaged with a locked part 38 provided on the upper lid 5 to keep the upper lid 5 closed and which can also cancel the closed state by swinging the elastic piece 36 in the direction of the mouth 2. Further, the lid structure is so designed that when the elastic piece 36 is swung in the direction of the mouth to cancel the closed state, a lower surface of the locked part 38 of the upper lid 5 and an upper surface of the lock 37 of the lower lid 3 come into contact to keep the upper lid 5 raised only by some degrees. A top surface of the lower lid 3 includes a spout 17 protruding from an upper end, while an internal surface of the top surface of the upper lid 5 includes a dent into which the spout 17 is fitted. |
