PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance seizure resistance of an abutment part of inner side surfaces 11, 11 of respective outwardly and inwardly directed flange parts 8, 10 and an axial end surface to enhance an axial load ability at this abutment part. SOLUTION: A dense nitride layer comprising a compound layer having a hardness of Hv 900 or more and a diffusion cured layer is formed on at least one surface of inner side surfaces 11, 11 of the respective outwardly and inwardly directed flanges 8, 10 and an axial end surface of a cylindrical roller 5 which are abutted to each other when an axial load is supported. Thereby, the purpose is attained. |
