PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper of a steering wheel capable of reducing main vibration of the steering wheel by reducing not only vertical directional vibration but also particularly rotational directional vibration in the steering shaft direction of the steering wheel. SOLUTION: In this vibration damper of the steering wheel, a vibration damping means 10 composed of a housing 11 having an inside space and a weight 20 nonadhesively inserted into the inside space of the housing 11 by having clearance to the housing 11, is installed in the vicinity of the steering wheel 1 in a spork part 4 of steering.
