PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin board which is easily assembled and disassembled by using bolts and nuts so as to greatly reduce the amount of lumber consumption used for election signboards, etc., to contribute to environmental protection by recycling and to reduce storage space normally required for such boards. SOLUTION: A base board 1 to which a poster is pasted is made by laminating the sheets of recycled used paper. Top and bottom supporting members 7 and 14 are made of channel steel or the like and have nut members (blind nuts) 76. A middle reinforcing member 21 is of channel steel and has a mounting plate 77 for the members 76. Longitudinal connecting members 42 are of channel steel and have through-holes 29, 46 and 78. The members 7 and 14 to which the board 1 is locked, the member 21 and longitudinal link members 26 are fixed by screwing bolts 33 (b) into the holes 29 and the members 76. Square lumber pieces are inserted into the member 21 and screws are hammered into the plate 1 to make up a bulletin board 40 (a). The board 40 is raised by bolt- fastening support columns 80 to the members 26 through the holes 78. When L shaped bending locking members are fixed to the holes 46 of the members 26, the board 40 can be hanged on a wall.
