PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit large torque while sufficiently absorbing a torque fluctuation. SOLUTION: In this torque transmission device, a gapδis formed between a second damper 14b and a projecting part 13b of a center hub 13, while a first damper 14a is contacted with a projecting part 11b of a pulley body 11 and the projecting part 13b. Thereby, only the first damper 14a is compressively deformed until the gapδdisappears when torque is applied to the pulley body 11 to rotate the pulley body 11 relatively to the center hub 13, and a compression load (the torque) is also applied to the second damper 14b to compressively deform both the first damper 14a and the second damper 14b after the gapδdisappears. Accordingly, because relation between a relative rotation angle and the transmission torque becomes nonlinear, the damper 14 can be prevented from exceeding an elastic limit even if the large torque is applied to a pulley 10, to sufficiently absorb the torque fluctuation with transmitting the large torque.
