PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which has a high heat conduction efficiency and a low cost and is easy to manufacture and replaceable with the existing one. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 6 has two inlets 63, 64 and two outlets 65, 66 for two reverse flowing air passages 7, 8 passing through a laminate plate 70. The plate 70 has vacuum sections 71 each having zigzag walls 72 forming many flow channels 73 between adjacent plates. The plate edges have walls 90, 90' which are mutually interdigitally fitted, held and sealed between ribs 95 on two side plates 14, 15. Four grills 16-19 at the inlets and outlets have bars 97 having recesses 99 holding the edges of the plate pairs, and the bars are separated by spacers 98 enough to flow air between the adjacent paired plate and to enter or exit from the air passages 7, 8.
