REFRIGERATOR FOR CONTROLLING FOOD TEMPERATURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for controlling food temperature, in which sensors for food temperatures do not become bulky, but compact in size without narrowing the inside of the storage chamber, a refrigerating chamber is controlled by detecting food temperature to control stably the temperatures. SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 is provided with a storing chamber 2 for refrigeration storage of foods. Temperatures of the insides of foods are computed by a food temperature computer 9 from ambient temperature detected by food temperature sensors 7a and 7b, and heat-transfer characteristics of the foods stored by a memory 8. The refrigerator 1 is controlled by using the computed temperature of the foods.
