PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonhalogenous flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition having good molding processability and high impact resistance, heat resistance, flame retardancy and heat discoloration resistance. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin and (B) 5-20 pts.wt. of a phosphorus-based flame retardant (condensed phosphoric ester and/or phosphazene compound); wherein, the component (A) is composed of a graft copolymer (A1) produced by raft copolymerization of a monomer component consisting of 50-95 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound, 5-50 wt.% of a vinyl cyanide compound and 0-45 wt.% of another monomer compound copolymerizable therewith in the presence of a rubbery polymer and a copolymer (A2) of the above monomer component, the rubber content of the graft copolymer (A1) is 8-20 wt.% and the content of the triple sequence of the vinyl cyanide compound in the copolymer (A2) is <=5 wt.%.
