PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a wall face panel of a parking area or the like, which improves the appearance, reduces the number of parts, and facilitates and ensures assembly of the panels. SOLUTION: There is provided an H-shaped panel bearing frame 10 having a web, and a metal fixture 30 of an almost ridge shape is arranged on each side of the web. A first flange 31 of each fixture 30 is arranged in parallel with a first flange 11 of the panel bearing frame 10 at an interval therebetween, and a second flange 32 is arranged along the web 13. While a panel side end 21 is inserted into the interval between the first flanges 11 and 31, the second flange 32 and the web 13 are fastened together by penetrating a bolt 40 thereinto, which is then clamped by a nut 41. In this manner, while the tip of a press- contact piece 33 at a second flange tip of the fixture 30 is brought into press- contact with the web 13, both the fixtures 30 are pressed onto the web 13, and therefore the panel side end 21 can be rigidly pressed to the first flange 11 of the panel bearing frame 10 by the first flange 31 of the fixture 30.
