PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount exterior wall plates from outside a building. SOLUTION: In the structure for mounting the exterior wall plate 10, the lower mounting part 21 of the exterior wall plate 10 is fastened to a supporting part 25 provided for the lower supporting member (floor beam 2) of a frame body, and the upper mounting part 31 of the exterior wall plate 10 is fixed to a supporting part 34 provided for the upper supporting member (upper liner 3) of the frame body. The upper mounting part 31 of the exterior wall plate 10 can be operated in such a way as to be fixed to the upper supporting member from outside the upper mounting part 31 over its upper face.
