PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement greening of landscape of a concrete surface in the course of repairing the same, by using drying-resistant plants. SOLUTION: The concrete surface A which should be repaired due to deterioration thereof is pre-treated so as to be suitable for the repair, and thereafter the pre-treated surface is coated or sprayed with cement paste 4 having short fibers 3 mixed therein. Then, mortar 5 having short fibers mixed therein is coated or sprayed thereon, and the cement paste 4 having the short fibers mixed therein is coated or sprayed on the mortar, followed by spraying thereon permeable concrete 6. Further, growth basal material 9 is injected into the permeable concrete, and a vegetation substrate 11 having drying-resistant plants 10 such as moss and sedum mixed therein, is applied to or sprayed on the permeable concrete.
