CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR MEASURE AGAINST COASTAL EROSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for measures against coastal erosion, bringing about the uniform prevention of the erosion of a sandy beach and the recovery of the sandy beach by having the capability to maintain a uniform catchment function throughout the length of the collecting pipe. SOLUTION: In the construction method for the measures against the coastal erosion, the plural collective pipes 1, buried along the direction of the shoreline of the sandy beach below the means sea level of the sandy beach, allow water percolating into the sandy beach to be collected and bring about the creation of an unsaturated area on the periphery of an installation position for the purpose of preventing the erosion of the sandy beach and recovering the sandy beach. The collective pipe 1 having a high permeability coefficient is laid from the upstream side of the flowing water flowing within the collecting pipe 1 to the downstream side thereof, that is, at the end section far away from a conducting tube 2 and a pump station 3, and the permeability coefficient of the laid collecting pipe 1 is gradually made lower in proportion to an approach to the conducting tube 2 and the pump station 3.
