RAINWATER DRAINAGE DURING CONSTRUCTION OF VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily drain rainwater collected on a floor surface during the construction of a vessel. SOLUTION: This rainwater drainage for draining the rainwater collected on the floor surface 12c during the construction of the vessel through a work hole 1 provided on the floor surface 12 comprises a drainage tank 5 water- tightly fitted to the reverse side of the floor surface while blocking a part of the work hole 1; a draining hose 6 provided continuously to a drain port 5c provided on the bottom surface of the drainage tank 5 to discharge the rainwater out of the vessel; a coaming plate 7 raised on one side surface of the drainage tank 5 to prevent the rain water from falling to the unblocked part of the work hole; and a kick preventing coaming 2 water-tightly fixed onto the floor surface by putty 3 or the like so as to surround the work hole 1, and partially having a clearance 4 for entering the rainwater with the floor surface. The clearances between the coaming plate 7 and the floor surface 12c and between the coaming plate 7 and the rise preventing coaming 2 are water-tightly blocked by the putty 3 or the like, and the part 1b of the work hole 1 is opened up to the drainage tank 5.
