PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the removal and installation by expanding the filtering area of a filter. SOLUTION: An inside outside air switching case 21 is arranged on a dash panel 12 having an opening hole 12a, an outside air suction port 21a and an inside air suction port 21b are formed in the inside outside air switching case, an inside outside air switching damper 22 and a fan rotor 23 are arranged, and an outside air filter 28 and an inside air filter 29 are provided. The inside outside air switching case is fixed to the dash panel so that a cylindrical end part 21c of the inside/outside air switching case communicating with the outside air suction port faces to the opening hole, a small cylindrical part 26a of an outside air filter case 26 having a large cylindrical part 26b and a small cylindrical part 26a is removably inserted and installed in the cylindrical end part 21c, and an outside air filter 28 is removably installed in the large cylindrical part 26b of the outside air filter case 26. The large cylindrical part 26b is divided, a second large cylindrical part 26e is installed in a first large cylindrical part 26d via a hinge means 27, and the inside air filter 29 is removably constituted by passing through the cylindrical end part 21c.
