MEASUREMENT METHOD OF CALORIFIC VALUE FOR CONVERTER EXHAUST GAS

PURPOSE: Provided is a measurement method of calorific value for converter exhaust gas which measures calorific value by heat unit and prints the value in real time so that it immediately finds and corrects reasons to lower calorific value in abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: The measurement method of calorific value for converter exhaust gas in a retrieval system for exhaust gas, in which a converter, a collector, a gas holder and an exhaust gas line are included, comprises the steps of: detecting quantity of the collected exhaust gas to print the detected data on regular period(S102); detecting component of the collected exhaust gas to print the detected data on regular period (S103); using the printed quantity and component data to calculate calorific value of the exhaust gas on regular period; and calculates the calorific value when converter work by heat unit is terminated(S104).
