WAVE-FORCE DISPERSING CAISSON BREAKWATER

摘要

PURPOSE: A wave-force dispersing caisson breakwater is provided to prevent sliding damage by dispersing wave force effectively and to have stability by increasing the self-weight of a caisson breakwater. CONSTITUTION: The wave-force dispersing caisson breakwater(10) comprises a pedestal part(11) wider than an upper plane(12) to be placed on the seabed, a front projection part(13) projected to be inclined on the center of the front and inclines(14) inclined to both sides of the front projection part(13), wherein wave force is dispersed successively by the front projection part(13) and works as downward force to the caisson breakwater(10) to increase the self-weight of the caisson breakwater(10) by a gradient of the front projection part(13) and both inclines(14).
