PURPOSE: A distributing device for signal distributing is provided to install varistors grounded with the other end of a transformer of a terminal, to absorb an unnecessary noise signal into a ground terminal through the varistors, so as to prevent a subscriber's transceiving signal disturbance and system disturbance from occurring caused by a strong noise signal. CONSTITUTION: A filter coil(11) is connected between two branch points in serial. Capacitors(21, 22) are connected between the two branch points in parallel, to be connected with two input terminals of a transformer1(31) for signal level conversion. Two output terminals of the transformer1(31) are connected to a transformer2(32) and a transformer2(33). Two output terminals of the transformer2(32) are connected to a transformer4(34) and a transformer5(35). Two output terminals of the transformer3(33) are connected to a transformer6(36) and a transformer7(37). Each output terminals from the transformer4(34) to the transformer7(37) connects surge prevention capacitors(C1-C8) in serial to connect with 8 terminals(TAB1-TAB8). Noise-removing varistors(V1-V4) are connected to each transformer(34-37).
