PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight high strength laminated structure for a floor panel or the like. SOLUTION: A primer or paint is applied to one surfaces 101a and 102a of metal thin plates 101 and 102. The metal thin plate 101 is set to a lower mold 10 so that the other surface 101b thereof comes into contact with the setting surface 12 of the lower mold 10. The metal thin plate 102 is set to an upper mold 20 so that the other surface 102b thereof comes into contact with the setting surface 22 of the upper mold 20. At this time, the metal thin plate 102 is attracted to the setting surface 22 of the upper mold 20 by an attraction means such as an electromagnet or the like. Next, a foamable raw material containing isocyanate and polyol is reacted to be foamed in the molding space 30 formed by closing the upper and lower molds 20 and 10 not only to mold a hard foamed polyurethane layer 103 in the molding space 30 but also to integrate the hard foamed polyurethane layer 103 and the metal thin plates 101 and 102 through the primer or paint. |
