PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly weather resistant hollow fiber membrane module which prevents the leaching of endocrine disruptors and environmental pollution due to incineration even when the module case comprises a resin. SOLUTION: In the hollow fiber membrane module obtained by housing a bundle of numerous hollow fiber membranes in a case, bonding and fixing at least one end of the bundle with a resin and fixing the end to the inner wall of the case, at least a part of the case comprises a molding material of an acrylonitrile-X-styrene copolymer(AXS) resin, preferably an acrylonitrile- ethylene propylene rubber-styrene copolymer(AES) resin in which X is ethylene propylene rubber or an acrylonitrile-acrylic rubber-styrene copolymer(AAS) resin in which X is acrylic rubber.
