PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure optical functions capable of reflecting bright and clear color tones, and desired wave length by preventing deterioration of characteristics for molding and processing, and physical properties when they are molded and processed by alternately laminating two types of glass thin films having different refractive indexes, and when they are used in an extended period of time at high temperatures. SOLUTION: A glass thin film laminate 4 having optical functions is molded by alternately laminating first glass thin films 1 composed of a first glass substance, and second glass thin films 2 composed of a second glass substance having a different refractive index than the first glass substance wherein linearity and parallelity of each are maintained. Heat is applied at the process of molding and processing wherein the first glass thin films 1 and the second glass thin films 2 are alternately laminated, or heat is applied externally to laminated parts after the molding, thereby each content of an alkali metal element of the first glass thin film 1 and the second glass thin film 2 is different.
