PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood circulation accelerator which can accelerate the blood circulation of a lesion, or the like, having an unfavorable blood circulation. SOLUTION: A plurality of ventilation holes 3 are arranged on the upper surface of an air chamber 1 on which feet are placed. On the upper surface, a plurality of protruding sections 5 for pointillage are provided. At the upper end of the air chamber 1, an air suction port 7 is arranged. The air suction port 7 is connected with the discharge port 13 of a warm air blower 11 by a fixing ring 9. Air which is taken in by the warm air blower 11, is heated by a heating wire 21, and warm air is prepared. Cold air or the warm air is discharged from the ventilation holes 3 to the feet. The warm air and the cold air are alternately discharged. This repetition is performed at an every specified period of time.
