PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of imparting the merits to a game player quickening in operation due to being skilled in a game. SOLUTION: This slot machine is provided with a variable display device having a variable display part for playing a variable display game for variably displaying plural kinds of patterns, a start switch for starting a game including the variable display game, and a lot drawing means for drawing lots on the basis of operation of the start switch, and is provided with a flag generating means for generating a winning flag when a lot drawing result of the lot drawing means is winning, and a stopping control means for stopping and displaying a variably displaying pattern on the basis of operation. A delay means is provided for arranging delay time for delaying timing for a succeeding game to reach a specific stage when being early in the operating timing of the start switch becoming a chance of the successing game among continuously performing two games. A realized flag announcing means is provided for announcing the fact of having the possibility of realizing any winning flag in relation to arranging the delay time in the game.
