PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating fertilizer distributor capable of distributing a fertilizer even though the fertilizer is easily bridging such as an organic fertilizer. SOLUTION: In a fertilizer distributor 1 in which a spout 4 for distributing the fertilizer falling down from a hopper 2 is installed to be oscillating around a vertical shaft at a position facing to the falling port 3 of the hopper 2 housing the fertilizer such as a chemical fertilizer or an organic fertilizer, an impeller blade 5 for agitating or mixing the aforesaid fertilizers is installed in the hopper to be freely rotatable.
