HEAT-RESISTENT COOKING OIL FILTERING AND CIRCULATING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking oil filtering and circulating machine for use at high temperatures which eliminates oil oxidation aiding substances such as residual substances left over after frying something generated in cooking oil in use and thereby reduces oxidation of oil and which can be used when cooking in a kitchen. SOLUTION: The cooking oil filtering and circulating machine comprises a temporary oil storage bath provided with a filtering net 6, a motor 7 and pump 8 for circulating the cooking oil in the oil storage bath. The motor and pump are activated at one's option by means of a switch 12 of a near-at-hand operation section 11. Each part of a cooking oil path is heat-resistent up to 260 deg.C.
