PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoiling equipment for deep-fried foods which is easy to wash and is sanitary and has superior oil absorbing property, oil sucking property and oil collectability, and is suitable for any of flat, bar-like, and global tempuras (deep-fried foods). SOLUTION: This deoiling equipment comprises a conveyer device 1 which transports a deep-fried food A held in a space 10 between a lower conveyer (first conveyer) 2 and an upper conveyer (second conveyer) 3. In the middle of a moving section of each of the first and the second conveyer, one or a plurality of sucking chambers 4 and 5 are provided. Belts of the first and second conveyers are constituted of mesh belts 20 and 30. Sucking ports 40 and 50 of the sucking chambers are so opened as to face the belt surfaces of the mesh belts.
