PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for a punch press, in which the die can be rapidly changed. SOLUTION: When fitting the die, a first locked part 145 provided at the position facing an outer side surface of a die device is locked by a pair of locking parts of a die fitting part 89 of the punch press. When changing the die, a pair of second locked parts 147 provided in the direction across the first locked part 145 are locked at the position facing the outer side surface of the die device. The first and second locked parts 145 and 147 are locked by the locking part of the punch press and the finger of the die changing device, and therefore they are formed into a straight groove or projecting bar provided on the outer side of the die device.
