DEVICE FOR SEPARATING/DISASSEMBLING GREASE TRAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device in which residues of foods and oil can be decomposed and which is connected to the existing drainpipe so that water and the excreta of a microbe can be discharged. SOLUTION: A meshed basket and a partition plate are removed from the existing grease trap while the space of the grease trap is used and the inlet and the outlet connected to the drainpipe are also used as they are. The volume of the oil and residues from the drainpipe is adjusted by an adjusting BOX1 so that the oil and residues can be treated averagedly and can not be scattered. The first separation vessel 4 is provided for sorting the residues by making water and oil flow out from a long-sized meshed screen 10. The second separation vessel 7 is provided for scooping the oil contained in the water. The sorted residues and the scooped oil are supplied to a decomposition/digestion vessel 8 and decomposed/digested by an aerobic germ living there. The treated water and the excreta of the microbe are discharged by using a dirty water pump connected to the existing drainpipe. The heat necessary for the activity of the microbe is supplied by a heater 21 while the temperature is controlled. A forcible ventilator 12 is provided for removing a bad smell and supplying oxygen necessary to the microbe and is used as a unit 13 for discharging the exhaust gas to the existing drainpipe together with the waste water. The operation of this treatment device is possible by adopting computer control.
