PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place an outer material comprising a bulky solid structure woven and knitted goods in a stretching manner with a curve in up and down and right and left directions according to the curve of a sheet frame and easily and rapidly obtain a part requiring small elongation percentage of the outer material and a part requiring large elongation percentage. SOLUTION: An outer material 25 is formed of solid structure woven and knitted goods having an obverse foundation cloth 26, a reverse foundation cloth 27 and an intermediate layer 28 having elasticity which comprise obverse and reverse woven and knitted goods. A number of small deposition portions 25c and 25d are formed in the outer material 25 comprising the solid structure woven and knitted goods. Small deposition portions 25c and 25d are sparsely formed in a part requiring large elongation percentage of the outer material 25, small deposition portions 25c and 25d are densely formed or large deposition portions 25c and 25d are formed in a part requiring small elongation percentage and the elongation percentage of the outer material 25 is partially adjusted by the density and size of the deposition portions 25c and 25d.
