PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate stored balls, which are temporarily stored in a ball storage and discharge route part, not to pass out of a ball feeding port when a ball dispenser is detached from a mechanism set panel. SOLUTION: A stored ball passing-out regulating member 60 is located while crossing ball feeding paths 24a and 24b by inserting a regulating plate part 61, with which a ball passing hole 64 (65) sized to pass stored balls is opened, through an inserting port 47 provided on a ball feeding path member 26. Then, the regulating plate part 61 moves across the ball feeding paths 24a and 24b between a stored ball passing-out allowing position, where passing-out of stored balls is allowed, and a stored ball passing-out regulating position where passing- out of stored balls is regulated on the ball feeding paths 24a and 24b.
